Workforce Innovation Principal
Job Summary
Leading the future of work and talent AI optimization practice, the full-time remote Workforce Innovation Principal will partner with business leaders to design evolving roles and teams, build AI tools for enhanced Talent programs, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strategic 12 to 36 month plan for workforce evolution in collaboration with leadership
- Design future state roles and functions, determining the balance between human and automated tasks
- Identify AI opportunities within People processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive measurable impact
Required qualifications
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in workforce planning, organizational design, or technology-enabled operating model change
- Hands-on experience in building AI agents or workflow automations with demonstrable results
- Strong program or project management skills, capable of managing multi-workstream roadmaps
- Quantitative fluency in task-level modeling, business case construction, and workforce data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
