Job Summary

As a full-time remote opportunity, the Director, Workforce Intelligence Architect will shape AI workforce strategy, build strategic workforce modeling programs, and translate complex data into clear narratives to support decision-making at Atlassian.

Key responsibilities

• Define how AI can enhance human work and create a framework for deploying talent versus AI across the organization
• Design and maintain capacity models to support planning and organizational effectiveness in an AI-enabled environment
• Translate workforce models into executive-ready narratives and track key metrics to inform strategic decisions

Required qualifications

• Experience in quantitative analysis, investing, or consulting with a strong focus on AI integration
• Deep knowledge of headcount planning and organizational design
• Background in technology, understanding high-growth company dynamics
• Proven ability to build integrated workforce models that inform senior-level decisions
• Strong analytical skills with experience in executive storytelling and systems thinking
