Workforce Logistics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Logistics Manager to support the coordination and movement of personnel across mission-critical projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an understanding of field staff assignments across active projects
• Coordinate personnel rotations and travel arrangements with Project Managers and Operations leadership
• Monitor travel patterns and assist in resolving logistics issues as they arise

Required Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, operations, project coordination, or workforce deployment in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
• Previous experience in coordinating travel and schedules is preferred
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to the project team
• Experience in the building design and construction industry is desired
