Job Summary

Supporting the Workforce Management department, the full-time remote Workforce Management Login Administrator will manage daily login identification administration, troubleshoot ID issues, and maintain client-specific hierarchies.

Key responsibilities
  • Process and resolve helpdesk tickets through the internal Teleperformance Helpdesk
  • Generate network logins for new hire agents and update for internal transfers
  • Maintain tracking of client logins and submit roll-off requests based on site attrition
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 90 days in the current position
  • 6 months of call center operations or workforce experience is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft-based technologies
  • Willingness to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
