Job Summary
Managing scheduling and dispatch for both consumer and commercial work orders, the full-time remote Field Services Workforce Management Advisor I will monitor schedules, handle escalations, and ensure timely processing of requests while maintaining service levels.
Key responsibilities
- Manage trouble expedites, after-hours dispatch, and create assist orders as needed
- Monitor technician schedules and proactively assign work to minimize customer impact
- Serve as the primary contact for investigating and resolving order and ticket escalations
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience, including scheduling or dispatching
- Ability to adhere to attendance guidelines to meet customer needs
- Experience with billing, ticketing, and customer relationship management systems is a plus
- Prior telecommunications experience and knowledge of industry terminology
- Proficiency in business applications such as the Windows Suite
