Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain agent adherence across multiple lines of business
  • Process/approve time off and schedule change requests
  • Maintain agent skills updated and assist with payroll hours reconciliation

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience
  • 2 years of call center experience
  • Experience in call center monitoring, staffing, and scheduling
  • Knowledge of NICE WFM system and Avaya CMS Supervisor preferred
  • Availability to work within the Call Center's current hours of operation
