Key Responsibilities

Monitor queue performance and provide updates on service level impacting issues
Compare staffing to forecast requirements and take corrective actions as needed
Leverage operational tools to analyze demand and staffing impacts, recommending resolutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3+ years of program or project management experience
Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
3+ years' experience in WFM Real-time Service Level management
