Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst to support service operations and optimize business performance through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a system to notify leadership of staffing inefficiencies
  • Track and analyze performance metrics and trends to optimize service levels
  • Develop presentations and reports for leadership on operational insights and recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • 2-3 years of experience developing custom spreadsheet models
  • 1-2 years of experience measuring productivity and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of data forecasting concepts and ability to calculate staffing needs
  • BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Mathematics preferred
