Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst to join their Clinical Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming volume, performance, and service levels in real-time across multiple queues
- Make real-time staffing decisions and adjustments to meet operational targets
- Conduct retrospective analysis of staffing data to optimize outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in workforce management, scheduling, or production planning within healthcare
- 2+ years of experience using volume and production rates to determine capacity needs
- 2+ years of experience performing data analysis and identifying root causes
- 2+ years of experience with MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.)
