Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst to join their Clinical Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming volume, performance, and service levels in real-time across multiple queues
• Make real-time staffing decisions and adjustments to meet operational targets
• Conduct retrospective analysis of staffing data to optimize outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in workforce management, scheduling, or production planning within healthcare
• 2+ years of experience using volume and production rates to determine capacity needs
• 2+ years of experience performing data analysis and identifying root causes
• 2+ years of experience with MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.)
