Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst to optimize workforce planning and scheduling through data analysis and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scheduling models based on key metrics to create effective team schedules
  • Monitor service levels and staffing in real-time, making adjustments to meet goals
  • Collaborate with team leaders and vendors to improve scheduling strategies and address challenges
Required Qualifications
  • Direct experience in a Workforce Planning role, including forecasting and scheduling
  • Experience with WFM software, particularly NICE or similar platforms
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate problems and propose solutions
  • Flexibility to work varying hours to meet business needs
