Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst to optimize workforce planning and scheduling through data analysis and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scheduling models based on key metrics to create effective team schedules
- Monitor service levels and staffing in real-time, making adjustments to meet goals
- Collaborate with team leaders and vendors to improve scheduling strategies and address challenges
Required Qualifications
- Direct experience in a Workforce Planning role, including forecasting and scheduling
- Experience with WFM software, particularly NICE or similar platforms
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate problems and propose solutions
- Flexibility to work varying hours to meet business needs
