Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Direct experience in a Workforce Planning role, including forecasting and scheduling
- Experience with WFM software, with familiarity in NICE or similar platforms
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and propose solutions for potential issues
- Flexibility and adaptability to work varying hours as needed by the business
- Strong analytical skills to turn complex data into actionable insights
