Job Summary

Required Qualifications
  • Direct experience in a Workforce Planning role, including forecasting and scheduling
  • Experience with WFM software, with familiarity in NICE or similar platforms

  • Flexibility and adaptability to work varying hours as needed by the business
  • Strong analytical skills to turn complex data into actionable insights
