Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analyst 2, Resource Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage schedules based on forecasts from the capacity planning team
- Identify and implement new processes to enhance business results and team efficiency
- Compile and analyze call center performance reports and manage staffing data
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in workforce management
- Technical proficiency in workforce management tools such as Alvaria/Aspect
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with scheduling-based work
