Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst 2, Resource Planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage schedules based on forecasts from the capacity planning team
  • Identify and implement new processes to enhance business results and team efficiency
  • Compile and analyze call center performance reports and manage staffing data
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in workforce management
  • Technical proficiency in workforce management tools such as Alvaria/Aspect
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with scheduling-based work
