Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst I (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze call volume, patterns, and traffic flow to meet service level objectives
- Provide regular reports on workload and workforce, making recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with supervisors and internal teams to adjust staffing based on forecasts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- 1 year of experience in a Scheduling, Forecasting, or Traffic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and customer service demands
