Job Summary

Responsible for developing high-impact improvement plans and managing reports that enhance customer experience and business results, the full-time Workforce Management Analyst will utilize forecasts to measure accuracy and lead complex analytical projects in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support Enterprise Service Assurance and Service Delivery teams in planning and executing improvement plans for cost savings
  • Analyze data and prepare recommendations to drive process improvements and optimize workforce models
  • Lead senior-level reviews of workforce models and confidently present analysis results and recommendations
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in workforce management or analytics
  • Proficiency in complex modeling and data analysis using web tools and company software
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects
