Workforce Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise workforce planning and resource management activities in a fully remote capacity, the Workforce Management Senior Analyst will analyze workforce demand, staffing projections, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations across the project portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support workforce planning, staffing alignment, forecasting, and resource management activities across accounts and project delivery organizations
• Analyze workforce demand and resource allocation to identify staffing gaps and implement solutions with leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enhance workforce governance through reporting and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in workforce management, resource planning, or related business disciplines
• Experience in forecasting, staffing, labor utilization, and resource allocation in a complex operational environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and provide actionable recommendations
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
