Job Summary
Supporting enterprise workforce planning and resource management activities in a fully remote capacity, the Workforce Management Senior Analyst will analyze workforce demand, staffing projections, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations across the project portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Support workforce planning, staffing alignment, forecasting, and resource management activities across accounts and project delivery organizations
- Analyze workforce demand and resource allocation to identify staffing gaps and implement solutions with leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enhance workforce governance through reporting and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in workforce management, resource planning, or related business disciplines
- Experience in forecasting, staffing, labor utilization, and resource allocation in a complex operational environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and provide actionable recommendations
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
