Job Summary
Analyzing workforce capacity and demand trends, the full-time remote Workforce Management Analyst will build dashboards, support forecasting, and translate data into actionable insights while collaborating with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze workforce capacity, utilization, and demand trends to support data-driven planning
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into workforce health and performance
- Partner with HR, Operations, and Finance to translate workforce data into actionable insights
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or workforce analytics
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with Python or R is a plus
- Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
