Workforce Management Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Management Functional Architect Configurator.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Infor Workforce Management configuration and architecture, including requirements gathering and solution design
• Assist the Product Owner and Scrum Master in planning future iterations and program increments using Agile methodology
• Design complex solutions to meet requirements while ensuring interoperability between Infor and Workday

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of configuration experience with Infor Workforce Management
• Expert understanding of Infor WFM foundational items and the configuration platform
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and all its phases
• Familiarity with Workday-Extend and application development is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
