Workforce Management Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Management Optimization Associate to join their Workforce Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects
• Evaluate overall departmental performance by creating and analyzing metrics
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful change management

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience
• 3+ years of work experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, and/or consulting
• 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, or Python
• 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management
• 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma
