Job Summary

- Process time off requests, flex scheduling, absences, and schedule updates accurately
- Manage agent inquiries and requests through ServiceNow, ensuring professional communication
- Support low complexity reporting tasks and assist with routine data pulls while meeting team SLA expectations
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in high volume processing work
- Experience with workforce management systems is a plus
- Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow
- Contact center or workforce operations experience preferred
- Technically proficient and comfortable learning new systems
