Job Summary
To support clients in implementing UKG WFM software solutions, the remote full-time Workforce Management Consultant will lead requirements gathering, configure system components, and deliver training to administrators and end users.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering meetings with clients
- Provide product and subject matter expertise throughout the implementation process
- Configure system components and participate in testing cycles to ensure successful go-live
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience implementing Time & Attendance or Workforce Management software solutions
- Experience specifically with Pro WFM Advanced Scheduler is essential
- Strong client-facing customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Hands-on UKG Pro Workforce Management training provided if accredited WFD is not already obtained
