Job Summary
To operate and maintain the Workforce Management function during a planned leadership leave, the part-time Workforce Management Contractor will validate AI-driven demand forecasts, manage staffing and scheduling decisions, and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams in a remote contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run demand forecasting and capacity planning, validating AI model outputs and translating forecasts into staffing plans
- Maintain and improve existing staffing models and build weekly schedules while coordinating with Team Leads on coverage and adjustments
- Serve as the primary WFM point of contact for Ops leadership and cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment with business needs
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years in workforce management, capacity planning, or workforce operations
- Experience in scaling support functions in high-growth companies, preferably in healthcare or digital health
- Strong modeling skills with comfort in handling large datasets and familiarity with BI tools
- Experience managing BPO vendors regarding capacity planning and performance tracking
- Proficiency with WFM tools, helpdesk platforms, and HRIS/scheduling systems
