Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Workforce Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and refine forecasting and capacity models incorporating volume trends and operational goals
• Partner with various departments to translate automation and product changes into staffing and operational decisions
• Lead multi-scenario planning using advanced analytical techniques to support workforce and financial decisions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in workforce planning, operational analytics, FP&A, or strategic operations
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to synthesize complex data
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders through data narratives and strategic recommendations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in SQL, BI tools, and advanced Google Sheets/Excel
