Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Management Junior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor call center activity and ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the day
  • Provide real-time support and generate reports on call center metrics
  • Identify trends in volume, staffing, and agent performance to suggest process and service improvements

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of workforce management operations experience
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel and data platforms for analysis
  • Ability to analyze call center data and present findings in a structured way
  • Experience with workforce management tools such as IEX, CMS, Genesys is a plus
  • Overall experience level of 3+ years in operations
