Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Management Junior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor queues and ensure KPI expectations are met and agents adhere to schedules
  • Provide real-time support, including sending service level alerts and out of adherence reports
  • Create agent profiles, send interval reports, and optimize agent schedules
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of workforce management operations experience
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
  • Ability to analyze call center data and present findings
  • Experience with Genesys, IEX, and NICE is helpful
  • 3+ years of operational experience
