Key Responsibilities

Implement and set up ADP/UKG/Ceridian HCM/Payroll/WFM solutions to meet client requirements
Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and oversee project activities from initiation to close
Lead communication with stakeholders and provide status reports throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

Experience with ADP/UKG/Ceridian HCM/Payroll/WFM solutions
Proven project management skills in a consulting environment
Ability to analyze client requirements and set up databases accordingly
Experience in training, testing, and validation processes
Familiarity with managing project risks and escalations
