Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies while ensuring budget alignment across departments
• Analyze market trends and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in workforce planning and/or scheduling system configuration
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence software
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience in field operations and customer service is highly preferred
