Job Summary
To support operational efficiency, the full-time remote Workforce Management Scheduler will create and optimize staff schedules that align with forecasted demand and business requirements while collaborating with various teams to ensure effective coverage across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain schedules that align with forecasted workload and staffing requirements
- Evaluate schedule quality and make recommendations for improvements based on operational data
- Communicate schedule impacts and adjustments clearly to leadership and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or analytics, or equivalent experience in call center operations
- Experience with workforce management tools such as Calabrio or similar systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Knowledge of workforce management principles including forecasting and scheduling
