Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect, Workforce and Absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic architectural decisions for workforce transformation initiatives
  • Design end-to-end solutions for labor demand forecasting, scheduling, and absence management
  • Conduct audits and assessments to mitigate risks and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in workforce management solutions implementation/configuration
  • Extensive experience with Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM and Time & Labor
  • Experience as a lead consultant on system implementations
  • BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields, or equivalent work experience
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvements and compliance
