Job Summary

A company is looking for a Work Force Management CX Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead architect for WFM strategies, optimizing staff utilization and schedule adherence
  • Own the integrity of volume analysis and long-range forecasting models for staffing levels across global service functions
  • Engineer a robust operating model that aligns WFM planning with regional delivery functions
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 3+ years of Workforce Management experience
  • Proven ability to design and implement repeatability standards in complex global operations
  • Extensive experience in architecting WFM functions and modeling capacity plans
  • Strong analytical capabilities to identify root cause issues and improvement opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and influence at senior levels across various business lines
