Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Execute long-term planning and forecasting to optimize staffing capacity and service levels
• Deliver analytics and insights to support informed decision-making by leadership
• Manage complex scheduling processes and champion continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a Workforce Management role required
• 4 years of contact center experience preferred
• 3 years of demonstrated forecasting experience preferred
• Ability to operate a computer for extended periods
