Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Management Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast call volume demand and manage scheduling of staff
- Monitor real-time contact centers and adjust staff accordingly
- Train team members on workforce management policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of workforce management experience
- Experience with workforce management software (NICE IEX/CX) and Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, finance, general business, or accounting recommended
- Experience implementing new software/applications desired
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
