Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Management Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecast call volume demand and manage scheduling of staff
  • Monitor real-time contact centers and adjust staff accordingly
  • Train team members on workforce management policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of workforce management experience
  • Experience with workforce management software (NICE IEX/CX) and Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, finance, general business, or accounting recommended
  • Experience implementing new software/applications desired
  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
