Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager - Workforce Services CDC (remote, temporary).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, performance monitoring, and compliance
- Manage subcontractors and ensure project compliance with regulations and policies
- Develop and implement operational policies and performance goals for staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management
- 3+ years of experience supervising or managing staff
- Call Center experience is required
- An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
- Must provide own computer equipment during training
