Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Workforce Services CDC (remote, temporary).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, performance monitoring, and compliance
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure project compliance with regulations and policies
  • Develop and implement operational policies and performance goals for staff
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management
  • 3+ years of experience supervising or managing staff
  • Call Center experience is required
  • An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
  • Must provide own computer equipment during training
