Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Business Support Services Workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute workforce capacity plans to support operational demand and strategic initiatives
- Lead workforce management strategies across multi-channel environments and optimize management systems
- Provide real-time oversight to mitigate service-level risks and produce executive-level performance reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or related field
- Eight plus (8+) years of workforce management or support operations experience
- 1 - 2 years' experience developing reporting with T-SQL
- Experience in mortgage servicing or financial services is strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of workforce management principles and forecasting methodologies
