Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Support Services Workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute workforce capacity plans to support operational demand and strategic initiatives
  • Lead workforce management strategies across multi-channel environments and optimize management systems
  • Provide real-time oversight to mitigate service-level risks and produce executive-level performance reports
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or related field
  • Eight plus (8+) years of workforce management or support operations experience
  • 1 - 2 years' experience developing reporting with T-SQL
  • Experience in mortgage servicing or financial services is strongly preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of workforce management principles and forecasting methodologies
