Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vertical Marketing Lead, Workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a vertical marketing strategy for the Workforce GTM Pod
- Develop industry-specific messaging and deliver field-ready enablement tools to improve win rates
- Partner with GTM leaders to build and execute campaigns that generate qualified pipeline from target accounts
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of B2B marketing experience in high-growth SaaS, HR Tech, or related fields
- Proven success in driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through vertical marketing initiatives
- Experience translating complex technology into compelling industry narratives
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
