Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a vertical marketing strategy for the Workforce GTM Pod
  • Develop industry-specific messaging and deliver field-ready enablement tools to improve win rates
  • Partner with GTM leaders to build and execute campaigns that generate qualified pipeline from target accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of B2B marketing experience in high-growth SaaS, HR Tech, or related fields
  • Proven success in driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through vertical marketing initiatives
  • Experience translating complex technology into compelling industry narratives
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
