Job Summary
Guiding new Revenue Specialists through their onboarding journey, the full-time Workforce Onboarding & Development Lead will manage training, monitor progress, and enhance onboarding materials in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Billing Operations Hiring & Onboarding Manager to deliver high-quality onboarding experiences
- Guide Revenue Specialists through the onboarding process, ensuring readiness for placement
- Design and maintain training materials while assessing and improving the onboarding process based on feedback
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of remote dental billing experience with knowledge of dental billing procedures and regulations
- Extensive working knowledge of multiple dental Practice Management Systems (PMS)
- Strong technical proficiency with design tools such as Canva
- Proven ability to coach and develop others through effective interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail
