Job Summary

Workforce Optimization Analyst, this full-time position involves supporting workforce operations through trend analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and workforce modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the study of workforce trends, including sick leave, training, and overtime
• Participate in stakeholder discussions to collect essential data and insights
• Support the creation of basic workforce models focused on outage planning and execution

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in workforce planning, analytics, or related areas
• Familiarity with the aviation and/or transportation industries is a plus
• Capability in connecting to different data sources and creating visualizations using tools like Power BI, Python, Excel, SQL, and/or Tableau
• Proficiency in using Python data analytics modules such as Pandas, Numpy, and Matplotlib
• Experience in creating and documenting data analysis workflows in Jupyter Notebooks
