Align solutions with workforce planning strategies and organizational goals
Act as a subject matter expert for planning processes and provide production support

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED
5+ years of experience in HR Technology projects
2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field
Deep understanding of Strategic Workforce Planning and HR practices
