Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Planner III, Revenue Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage workforce planning models for the revenue organization
- Design data-driven recommendations for sales territory structures and resource allocation
- Create proposals on resource investment strategies and conduct scenario analysis
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, sales, program management, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in Near-Term Strategy, business planning, or finance
- Experience in building complex financial and operational models
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales metrics and operational planning
- Hands-on experience with planning software and data analysis tools
