Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Planner III, Revenue Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage workforce planning models for the revenue organization
• Design data-driven recommendations for sales territory structures and resource allocation
• Create proposals on resource investment strategies and conduct scenario analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, sales, program management, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in Near-Term Strategy, business planning, or finance
• Experience in building complex financial and operational models
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales metrics and operational planning
• Hands-on experience with planning software and data analysis tools
