Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst - Provider Back Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish forecasts and staffing plans to meet service levels and financial targets
- Analyze inventory and performance, communicating necessary adjustments to leadership
- Support the preparation of reports and dashboards related to staffing and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business/finance analysis or workforce forecasting and planning
- 2+ years of advanced proficiency in MS Excel with large data sets
- 2+ years of experience analyzing information from multiple data sources
- 1+ years of experience in back-office or call center transaction tracking
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and MS PowerPoint
