Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst to provide strategic insights into workforce management analysis and data-driven optimization recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operations leadership to form staffing plans based on multi-variable staffing requirements
- Action the scheduling and assignment of resources while monitoring staffing metrics for timely execution
- Employ creativity to solve resource constraints and make recommendations for operational efficiency improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3 to 7 years of progressive work experience in operations management, workforce planning, supply chain, or logistics
- Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex data sets
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com and database management technology preferred
- Undergraduate degree focused on operations management or engineering preferred
