Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst for a 9-month temporary contract, remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze real-time workforce performance metrics to ensure optimal staffing levels
- Collaborate with team leaders to recommend staffing adjustments based on data analysis
- Generate reports and dashboards to track workforce trends and present findings to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Minimum HSC or equivalent; relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Analytics, or Operations preferred
- Prior experience in a Workforce Management Analyst role within a contact center or operational setting
- Strong exposure to scheduling and real-time management using Workforce Management tools
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to interpret and present data effectively
- Experience in a high-paced, omni-channel, or multi-site environment is desirable
