Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst-Workforce Planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize staffing plans based on forecasted volume and staffing requirements
  • Manage shift bids and conduct staffing gap analysis to improve coverage
  • Review shrinkage data and make staffing recommendations, including managing attendance processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) or 4+ years of professional work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Workforce Planning or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience with analytical tools such as Excel, Access, or WFM data platforms
  • Understanding of ACD/Call Routing and multi-skill environments
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts and WFM system configuration
