Workforce Planning Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting workforce forecasting and headcount planning, the contract Workforce Planning Analyst will analyze workforce data, collaborate with various departments, and prepare reports while working remotely from the Dallas area.

Key responsibilities

• Support workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and headcount reporting
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare and present recurring workforce reports and planning metrics

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Resource Management, Finance, or related fields
• Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Workforce planning or professional services experience preferred
