Workforce Planning Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Planning Consultant - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage demand forecasts using statistical models for various lines of business
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance on budgetary processes and staffing recommendations
• Drive financial accuracy goals and present complex staffing requirements to leadership

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in service operations center or Workforce Management supporting 3,500+ FTEs
• 3+ years of experience with Workforce Management software
• 2+ years of experience managing projects involving populations greater than 5,000 FTEs
• 2+ years of experience driving financial plans and outcomes
• 2+ years of experience managing vendor partnerships
