Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Planning Consultant, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine forecasting models to guide workforce planning and budget allocation
• Partner with leadership to align staffing models with business goals and conduct ad-hoc analyses
• Guide junior team members and promote best practices in workforce planning analytics

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years in workforce management, forecasting, or capacity planning
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for visualization and reporting
• Advanced SQL for complex data extraction and analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, Python, and R
• Proven results-driven project leader with a track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles
