Job Summary

Seeking a strategic leader, the full-time remote Head of Workforce Planning will establish and operationalize workforce planning capabilities, develop hiring forecasts, and lead skills-first workforce transformation initiatives while collaborating closely with various business functions.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish and operationalize workforce planning methodologies, frameworks, and processes
  • Develop and maintain workforce demand forecasts in partnership with Finance and Talent Acquisition
  • Lead the development of a skills-based workforce strategy and manage workforce insights for decision-making
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in workforce planning, people analytics, or related disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders and Finance organizations
  • Strong analytical skills, including workforce modeling and scenario planning
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
