Job Summary
Co-owning the product vision and roadmap for Workforce Planning, the full-time Product Owner will manage integrations, security, reports, and dashboards within Workday Adaptive Planning, driving the evolution from headcount and budget forecasting to strategic workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-own the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for Workforce Planning, translating business needs into a prioritized backlog
- Design, build, and maintain integrations and security configurations, ensuring accurate data flow and stakeholder access
- Drive stakeholder training and enablement, monitoring adoption and performance metrics to enhance platform capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in HR or Finance technology, with strong exposure to Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday HCM
- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining Workday Adaptive Planning integrations and security configurations
- Experience in building reports and dashboards using Adaptive Discovery Boards, OfficeConnect, or Workday reporting tools
- Understanding of workforce planning concepts, including headcount and budget planning, org design modeling, and skills-based forecasting
