Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Planning Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide workforce management expertise to Call Center business partners
  • Analyze alternatives and implement changes to current systems and processes
  • Monitor call center and agent metrics, perform trending and analysis, and make real-time adjustments

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrative or related field; or 4 years of functional experience
  • General knowledge of telephone, database, and intranet systems
  • Proficient in mathematics
  • Ability to negotiate compromise and resolve escalations from management
  • Ability to complete work within a specified timeframe
