Workforce Planning Strategist

Job Summary

Driving workforce transformation initiatives, the full-time Workforce Planning Strategist will design global workforce strategies, implement advanced analytics frameworks, and enable upskilling and talent acquisition efforts while operating in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-year workforce strategies aligned with enterprise objectives
• Develop advanced analytics frameworks to monitor workforce health and capability gaps
• Drive initiatives for upskilling, reskilling, and talent acquisition to meet evolving business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Supply Chain, or related field; advanced degree or certification in workforce planning preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years in workforce planning, HR strategy, or related fields
• Proven track record of industry thought leadership and innovation in workforce strategy
• Experience in large-scale transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of workforce analytics and modeling
