Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor workload and adjust staffing to balance service levels in real time
  • Process ad hoc requests for time away and collaborate with leadership to maintain coverage
  • Optimize schedules to enhance service quality and efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited program
  • 6+ months of experience using workforce management software
  • 6+ months of real-time management experience in a high production contact center environment or completion of a relevant internship program
  • Preferred: 6+ months of experience with Calabrio workforce management system
