Key Responsibilities
- Monitor workload and adjust staffing to balance service levels in real time
- Process ad hoc requests for time away and collaborate with leadership to maintain coverage
- Optimize schedules to enhance service quality and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited program
- 6+ months of experience using workforce management software
- 6+ months of real-time management experience in a high production contact center environment or completion of a relevant internship program
- Preferred: 6+ months of experience with Calabrio workforce management system
